The mat
doesn't ask
who you are.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Kigali. Gi and No-Gi, fundamentals to competition. Women's program, kids, and open mats. Two locations, six days a week.
Four ways onto the mat.
The classical form. Uniform, grips, sleeve and collar control. Best for technical foundations and for first-time students.
Rash-guard and shorts, no collar. Faster pace, wrestling and leg-lock integration, ideal for MMA crossover.
Women-only sessions led by Lorenzo with Esther as assistant coach. All levels welcome, a safe space to learn the game.
Unstructured roll time. Drill what you want, spar whoever shows up. Gi or no-gi, your call.
A vocabulary
of positions.
Every class revolves around a handful of core shapes. Fundamentals drills them until they feel obvious; advanced classes layer attacks, escapes, and counters on top.

The curriculum cycles through a full syllabus over 12 weeks. Drop in any time, every class stands alone.
